Our mission is to help the scientific community address their protein analysis needs.

The Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) team is here to provide support through service work, collaborative projects, and training on our instrumentation available for access.

About the facility

For more than 25 years we have been providing service work and research support to industry, academia and government organisations, servicing hundreds of clients involved in:

  • biomedical sciences
  • life sciences
  • environmental sciences
  • food
  • agriculture.

Access to APAF

Our instrumentation is available for Macquarie researchers and research students to access. We can assist you with training and guidance.

APAF is:

Accreditation is granted through an independent, external assessment of our facility for technical competence and compliance to the accreditation criteria. Ongoing compliance to the accreditation criteria must be demonstrated through NATA’s reassessment program.

APAF can issue NATA endorsed reports for any services that fall within the Scope of Accreditation in accordance with NATA rules and policies. Contact us if you have any queries regarding accredited services.
